If you have an unusual order which you have requested through an email, we will give you the details for that specific order and invoice you separately.

All our nursery prints are available on download purchase. Simply print it at home yourself. Easy, ecofriendly and practical. Please PM on our Instagram account directly or mail us here for a pdf download purchase.

Shipping costs reflect the price of shipping materials and shipping fees.

We will ship to the address mentioned in your purchase. PLEASE do make sure your shipping info is correct.

International shipping times depend upon location. Please allow 3 - 6 days for standard shipping in Europe and 1 - 3 weeks for international shipping.

If you need your package sooner, please email us and we can invoice you for faster shipping.

During holiday seasons please give yourself plenty of time, as the postal service is not always reliable and can sometimes add a day or more to your shipping time.

If your parcel does not arrive within the time-line indicated above, please do inform us as soon as possible. We will then contact the postal service immediately inorder to track the parcels whereabouts. Thank you.

Watotodesign will always do its best to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact Watotodesign as soon as possible to discuss refund, exchange, or other options. You will then have to ship your order back to the address marked on the package you received it in.

Items must be returned in unused, original condition within 30 days of purchase date. Returned items must be well-packaged to prevent damage during return shipment.

Watotodesign is not responsible for the cost of shipping an item back. Refunds will be via Paypal once the returned item has reached us.
